I just changed my password to see if it would help. No change. Still waiting for a fix.
I have been having the same issue for a few weeks now. I can access it online. when I try to reconnect with Quicken, it gets to the verification code via text (the text goes to email), and the code does not work. when i ask for the verification code by email, it does not work.
I have been having the same issue. The issue started a few weeks ago and corresponded to when it started requiring 2FA. Like everyone else I can still log on just fine to their website using the same credentials. I would be interested to know if there is anyone who is NOT having this issue.

I am still having the issue with Firstmark Services. Logging in on a browser works fine. Logging in through Quicken does not. I am able to have Quicken tell me to look at my email for a code. I get the code, but when I put the code into the Quicken prompt, I get an error.

Same here, unable to access Firstmark (FDP-105) or Nelnet (FDP-155)
This is a widespread problem that of us are having. It is unclear if this is a Firstmark or Quicken issue but I do wish someone would try to solve it.
