Memos are not printing on checks

Q Classic Deluxe 7.6.1 on MacOS 14.2.1

It has been years since I printed checks from Q, and I recently migrated to Q on Mac. I am printing on standard 3-per-page laser checks. Everything aligns "close enough" but the Memo field is completely missing.

    OK I tried it again and it works. "Reverse the plug in the socket" solution, I guess. Sorry it was a non-problem.

    I'm not seeing that. I don't print checks in Quicken, but I just entered a test transaction and printed a check. In all three available formats (standard, voucher, wallet), I'm seeing the memo line on the printed check:

    When you go to Print, can you see the memo line in the preview window? I've circled it in red here:
