AMEX (in Business Intent Section) not downloading transactions.

My AMEX (in the Business Intent Section) has stopped downloading transactions; it has been going on for months (at least since the beginning of the year) with no improvement. [Removed - Language] Quicken! You're messing with my business now! This is unacceptable!

I just noticed today a reference by someone that if it is moved to the Personal Section and re-linked; people apparently have found that the AMEX accounts resume downloading transactions again. So I tried moving it to the Personal section, but it still did not download, then I re-linked the account to AMEX, and low and behold, it resumed downloading!
