Can't connect/download Comerica transactions

I have been downloading from Comerica Bank checking account for 25+ years until last year, I think after upgrading to Quicken subscription (Classic Premier). Now I can't connect with Comerica. It is asking for User Name and PIN (not password). It then says I have to change my PIN first time connecting with Comerica. I enter a new PIN keeps coming back with an error message. Tried multiple times. Same thing. Very frustrating. No problems logging into Comerica online account so a Quicken issue. How do I fix this?
