Bills & Income problem

For the last several weeks, one of my on line bills isn't working after working perfectly for several years. SPECTRUM keeps on showing that it "Needs Attention". Selecting "Fix It" brings up the same screen each time (see below). I've also tried deleting this vendor and re-adding it. Same result.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?
