TD Bank Download Problems

Lately when I download transactions, my TD Bank credit card shows a red circle and indicates a cc-800 error. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks. Each time that I follow the suggested fix, my other accounts (savings and checking) wind up with the wrong balance since the fix adds a starting balance to the account. And the problem reappears on the next download.
