This is so frustrating. We shouldn't have to reset the cloud and lose all of our progress when the filed do not match. Why can't we just download the most recent file and continue working?
@WinstonB - can you clarify when and why you are using the reset? Which files are you referring to?

Download which most recent file? There is no file in the cloud for downloading? The Quicken Cloud Account (which holds the information for QMobile / QWeb) is a subset of your desktop data file and is NOT a BACKUP of your data file.
