USAA gives error CC-501

For a week, my USAA accounts won't sync. Today I tried resetting one of the accounts. I keep getting everything is fine from USAA, but Quicken keeps giving an error. I have tried at least 6 times. How can this be fixed?

    I have the same result with trying to add USAA connection. The browser shows success in linking, I receive a text message from USAA that it was linked, but the Add Account screen in Quicken shows "Sign into USAA Federal Savings Bank bank failed. Try again."
