I was trying to balance my checking account, and everything disappeared, except for the information from about a year ago, and skipping all transactions up until Yesterdays date. Is there a way to refresh all the missing transactions?
Have you clicked RESET at the top of the register?
Have you clicked on the DATE column header (possibly twice, until the arrowhead points up)?
As a last resort, when did you last take a backup?
