Cloud sync/Budget issue ?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Has the issue where syncing to cloud reverts budget values been fixed ? I see the discussions on this issue are closed, but don't see that it was fixed.

Due to the nature of this issue, I suggest contacting Quicken Support directly as an escalation may be in order.
