Two 401k accounts at Fidelity Netbenefits duplicate each other

My wife and I work for the same company and each of us has a 401K at Fidelity. Two different logins. When I connect the first one, all is well. When I connect the second one, it replicates the first one. So I have two accounts with the exact same information. On the Netbenefits site, the holdings and values are different for the two accounts.
I've been playing a bit with Monarch Money and Copilot. They both handle downloading these 2 401K accounts with ZERO issues.
Seems like the last time I tried this package a couple of years ago, I was having the same problem, now that I think about it. Is it still not fixed?
How can I get this to work? I really would prefer to use Quicken, but not if my data is wrong. Thanks.
