Market Value not matching

My Investment account in Quicken Mac - when I click on portfolio in the account and go to bottom, the "market value" is correct and each security shows correct number of shares and current value when compared to my Charles Schwab account but the "Market Value as of today" that is shown at the top right of the page along with "Day loss/gain as of today" are not correct. I have tried to find how to show "hidden transactions" but do not find under "edit" any option for "preferences". I want the amount shown at the top "Market Value as of today" to match the "market value" shown in the portfolio. TIA for your help.
