    Thanks @Quicken Kristina! When I attempt to add my Empower account I search for 'Empower' but only get options for the following: Empower FCU, Empower Credit Union, Empower American Credit Card. I do not get any of the retirement account options shown on the screen shot for your post on 3/8/24.

    The URL I use is 'participant.empower-retirement.com'. I searched for 'participant' but the Empower option did not come up as a supported institution.

    Please advise…

    Hello @kwoodard58,

    The screenshot was from Quicken for Mac. I can see you use Quicken for Windows. That connection option does not exist in Quicken for Windows due to the format they send the data in not being compatible with the Windows version of Quicken.

    If the financial institution offers the option to download QFX files, you may be able to import your transactions that way.
