Tangerine accounts - only some are Web-connected

I've tried deleting and re-creating the accounts that show as NOT web-connected and they still won't connect.
With the ones that show as Web-Connected they allow me to download transactions in Quicken OFX data file, then double-clicking it with the appropriate file open in Quicken, the data is downloaded into the register.
With the ones that say "no" (eg. Savings (prop taxes) I do the same as above, but no import - and no error message either! Alternatively I tried downloading a CSV file and import - but says it's not in a usable format.
How do other Tangerine users handle this ?
