Classic for Mac download transaction errors TD Canada Trust FDP-102

I've been getting this error since March 11, 2024 and no downloaded transations. I try syncing 3-4 times a day to see if it goes away, but I still get the error. I tried removing all syncing (4 TD Canada Trust accounts) today and setting up from scratch, but same error. TD Canada Trust seems to confirm 2FA login with a text message code, but fails soon after. Help.

BTW: I had a chat with tech support and all they said was I has a US account and needed to move to a Canadian account, but gave no reason why. I could be wrong, but Quicken Class Mac is the same version for both countries (setting even allows me to choose US or Ca features), this has been working for 4+ years, no idea why I have a US vs CA account and don't care LOL
