Quicken 2016 not working after Windows 11 KB5035853 cumulative update

Running Windows 11 23H2. Quicken 2016 Deluxe working just fine before Windows update, now won't start. I just get a very quick start screen then nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Quicken - no go. (When reinstalling I updated using mondo patch 19.5 before running.) This has me scratching my head. I only use Quicken locally to keep track of my monthly spending and budgeting - no outside connections.

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated!
