I was able to connect and download transactions from Santander Mexico until about a year ago. Since then, i've not been able to connect. The bank is still showing in the fidir.txt file as being an accepted institute, but no luck connecting. i chatted with quicken awhile back and all they could say was they were working on it. crickets since…anyone still able to make the connection? if so, what are you doing? thanks!!

Why can't you connect? What happens? Any error codes or messages?

Why type of account are you trying to connect?

Because, according to FIDIR.TXT, which lists the eligible financial institutions, it should still be working.

it's just a checking account. when it quit downloading, i disconnected the online services and tried to re-establish it. while attempting to reset a new connection, it just spins and finally times out. no error codes, nothing.
