How do I transfer account data, but not transaction data, to a new Quicken file?

Options

Quicken has become confused about my securities history (there are securities that have no CUS which are getting confused with other securities, etc). I've been trying to fix the problems in the current data file, but it just won't settle down. So I want to archive the current file and start a brand new file with all my accounts, but none of the transaction data. Yes, it will only track finances going forward, but at least it will be correct going forward.

So far everything I've tried to move the accounts to a new, empty file wants to pull along the (corrupted) transaction data as well. How do I move just the account data to a new file?

    From the File menu:

On the next screen, select dates in the future, uncheck all the boxes of stuff to include and change the file's name to your choice but make sure to keep the same folder.

This should create an empty file with all the same accounts.
