Two Schwab ETF holdings with very similar names - Quicken adds only one - VWO and VEA (edit)

Quicken uses the names Schwab assigns to each holding rather than the holding's ticker symbol. I have 2 Vanguard ETFs with the Schwab names (ticker symbol in parentheses):

VANGUARD FTSE EMERGING M (VWO)

VANGARD FTSE DEVELOPED (VEA)

Quicken downloads only VWO. This leads to an account balance error equal to the value of my VEA holdings. Why doesn't Quicken use ticker symbols. Schwab displays these when I download account data to a comma delimited file, the ticker symbol and the Schwab name are there along with everything necessary to add the data to Quicken. Can't Quicken use the ticker symbols?

What happens if you manually add the VEA security? Do the holdings then download?
