Charles Schwab does not send correct data to Quicken upon a bond maturing

If a bond matures at Schwab it sends two transactions to Quicken neither sells the shares in the Bond. One is a dollar only transaction not selling the position, the second is a transaction without either shares or dollars. So the solution for this is deleting both transactions and manually entering a bond sell transaction. Why can't Quicken and Schwab agree on what needs to be passed to do this transaction????
