Reconciled Categories were CHANGED by Quicken or Comenity Caesars betw 2019-2023
Quicken Classic Business & Personal for Windows on Desktop PC v.R55.15.
Sync is turned OFF. No mobile/cloud access (other than still trying to mostly unsuccessfully downloading transactions from various credit card banks).
Yesterday, we noticed that 46 RECONCILED transactions in the Comenity Caesars credit card account between 2019-2023 were CHANGED for two vendors from two specific PERSONAL sub-categories to a main BUSINESS category!!
These were not duplicate downloads/entries, because the account's ending balance matched by Dec 31, 2023. We took screenshots for proof.
We are very concerned about our data being altered without our consent. Only one person handles these entries and no changes of that sort have been made in the past 5 years.
How can we trust Quicken, now that we found yet another serious bug by sheer coincidence?!!
