Connection Error when attempting download or connection to Pentagon Federal Credit Union
Seems like nearly a year ago, lost the ability to auto update all Pentagon Federal Credit union accounts when attempting to link in from PC to the PFCU web site - Got a "CC-502" error attempting individual account update to PFCU - reported to Quicken tech support and was told ticket with PFCU was open trying to resolve.
Have never lost the ability to download transactions from Pentagon Federal Credit Union to my PC. Each account has to be done individually and then once you launch the "QFX" file you must go in and align the download with the appropriate PFCU account - Have in excess of 50 PFCU accounts being managed, mostly certificates so most are not done until once each quarter, due to time spent for each account.
Now when I attempt to set up a new pentagon federal credit union account for a new certificate, setting up the online connection data doesn't give a "CC" error, just posts a connection error statement.
On the older, existing accounts, I have tried the options in the connection box [reset, deactivate/reactivate]; all i was able to achieve was clearing the red circle with line through it that had appeared next to all the PFCU accounts.
so accessible, but pain in the neck to update accounts anywhere near easily-any fixes known???
