North Easton Savings Bank error in Connection

Hello:

Apologies that this is a re-post. I originally posted on 2/4, and Quicken Jasmine responded on 2/5. However, I was not able to respond at that time due to circumstances I could not control, so I am restarting the discussion. Jasmine had asked for a screen shot of the error message so I have attached one.

One month ago, I was able to connect to North Easton Savings Bank, and
my mortgage and HELOC balance updated. I tried today only to get an
error with a message that it cannot connect. The URL and login did not
change. thinking a glitch, I deactivated connection and tried to
reconnect, which generally fixes most connections issue. This time, the
ability to even try to connect disappeared - that connection tab does
not even show up. Account details now only has two tabs: General and
Display Options. Why is there no longer a Connections tab?

It does connect with the savings account, but for a loan account, that is where I have the trouble. It looks like it no longer sees the loan account.
