Report keeps replicating tabs

My Asset Allocation report keeps replicating and opening new report tabs. I have 3 views saved in my Saved Report - each with different accounts. However, when I open and try to use the report it ends up in this continuous loop where it keeps opening new reports (see pic below.) I have to do a CNTRL/ALT/DELETE and reset Quicken when this happens. I searched to see if the issue came up elsewhere, but couldn't find it. Any ideas what may be going on and how to fix? Thanks!

@JJ2024 - there are two setting options that control whether or not a report saves a report history. When you save the report, in the dialog box, there is an option to save report history.

In preferences, there is another option to save report history on a global level.

Thanks for the information. It's not the settings for the report that's the issue - I have it set as I want (customizing creates a new report and to save report history.) What happens is when I open the report, it opens the 3 report tabs that I saved and then goes into an infinite loop and keeps opening new reports (see my original picture.) If I didn't do a hard stop on Quicken, it would keep opening new report tabs!! It seems like a bug, but wanted to see if others are having the issue. Also, the only report where it occurs for me is the Asset Allocation report.

@JJ2024 I tried to replicate your issue, but I could not. Have you tried a validate or super validate?

    Validate:

    1. Go to File in Menu Bar
    2. Click Validate and Repair File...
    3. ChecK Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log

    Super Validate:

    1. Go to File in Menu Bar
    2. Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
    3. Check Super Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log

Then try the report again and see if the issue persists.

Otherwise, If you are using the new reports interface, I would go back to the "old" interface and see if that solves the issue.

If nothing seems to resolve the issue, then I would just delete the report and create a new one.

Hi, I tried all the steps above and still having same issue. I even deleted and recreated the report and same thing happens! Going back to the old report interface doesn't help. Could it be an issue with "lots"? I saw an option to fix hat in the validation. TIA.
