Unable to connect to all Accounts

I have a Quicken File that is more than 10 years old. I have added a new bank, but when I add the accounts only 3 of the 5 accounts show up. When I create a new file and connect to the new bank all 5 accounts show up. How can I add all 5 accounts to my regular and history rich Quicken file?
