I wish I had been told this simple fix for the USAA-Quicken issue a year ago

I have put off dealing with tech support at Quicken and USAA for over a year, and yesterday my problem was solved (and the dread of an hours-long trouble shooting session confirmed). After over an hour, the Quicken tech said to contact USAA. USAA sent me through 4 people before Moniqua in the web support section told me to replace Chrome as my default browser with Safari. AND IT WORKED! This is my attempt to help others in case this is not on Quicken tech support radar.
