Quciken and USAA - download balance still pulls pending transactions

Quicken still can't reconcile USAA account balances. Its now been over a year since this issue was reported and Quicken still hasn't fixed it.

Has anyone found a work-around?

I'm sick of using Quicken and wish there was an alternative.

    To clarify, your balance is reflecting pending transactions, however, pending transactions are not downloading?
