    I am confused why Quicken Classic cannot talk to Rocket Mortgage/Quicken Loans, aren't they under the same parent company? I have been trying to connect my loan for over 2 months and it is still not fixed. Is anyone still looking at this?

    Moderator: the masses are seeking some advice!

    1. Should we disconnect our Rocket Mortgage/Quicken Loans?
    2. Should be update payments to our loans manually?
    3. Should we expect a repair to the Rocket Mortgage/Quicken Loans link or is the plan for a brand new link?
    4. Are there other specific recommendations we should make in the meantime during this excessive hiatus?

    Everyone: I contacted RocketMorgage, and they confirmed that the service was discontinued on 3/24/24 due to Quicken discontinuing outdated service. RocketMorgage did not have any information on when or if a resolution would be available.
