Why don't these items appear on Quicken's Tax Summary report?

For years I've never found two items to appear on the Tax Summary report from Quicken. Then, while doing my income taxes it is always a delay because I have to get into Quicken and hunt down these items, although they should be in the report.

The first item is car registration. The second item is property taxes, although that might not be an issue, as we pay real estate taxes and that does appear in the report. I'm beginning to think that property taxes aren't a thing, in my case.

But why doesn't car registration appear in the Tax Summary report? What things/categories DOES the Tax Summary report look for?
