My company recently switched our Corporate card from AmEx to Citi Commercial Card. I am unable to connect this new Citi card to Quicken. I keep getting "Sorry we encountered an error (it's not your fault)." and this has been going on for at least 3 months.
Login website is home.cards.citidirect.com which does not show up as the site for "Citi Commercial Cards" when selected as the bank in Quicken.
Why can't I connect and download?
