Citi Commercial Cards
My company recently switched our Corporate card from AmEx to Citi Commercial Card. I am unable to connect this new Citi card to Quicken. I keep getting "Sorry we encountered an error (it's not your fault)." and this has been going on for at least 3 months.
Login website is home.cards.citidirect.com which does not show up as the site for "Citi Commercial Cards" when selected as the bank in Quicken.
Why can't I connect and download?

This is the Citi Commercial Cards listing in the fidir.txt:

Using the second URL listed here did get me to the correct web login page but when I tried adding a new Quicken Account and selected "Citi Commercial Cards" as the Financial Institution I got the same results as you did, so I'm guessing the fidir.txt info is incorrect.
I think to get this fixed you probably need to get in touch with Official Quicken Support

as they need to pass information along to the aggregator (Intuit) to get the fidir.txt updated properly.
