How can I resize the One-step Update Summary window?

The time stamps for my One-step Update Summary report are displayed as three dots […]. I can see the time stamps by hovering my pointer; but how do I widen the column to enable full display of the time stamps? The maximize window 'block' is 'grayed out' and there appears no handles available to stretch the column nor window.
