Updated WIN11 - One Step Update Freezes Quicken

Updated to WIN11, downgraded. Now, first attempt to One Step update, the update wheel stops spinning immediately. Left Quicken to 'update' for over 30 minutes, normally less than 5 still locked up. Update Wheel never spun again. Unable to click into Quicken and have to use the task manager to exit the program. I attempted Validate, Super Validate, attempted to re-activate my bank accounts and locks there too, attempted to reset Quicken Cloud Data (that appears to be successfully completes). Attempted restore from previous backup, (file not on OneDrive cloud) - still same issues present themselves. Update wheel never moves on One Step Update. Please advise fix.
