PNC Express Web Connect Doesn't work with Credit Card Account
This evening, I attempted to update my accounts and received an error that one of my PNC accounts had been deleted. Two accounts were fine, but the credit card account failed. I attempted to reset the account and the PNC site showed all three accounts. After giving authorization, I was redirected to Quicken which only had data for the other two accounts, but not the credit card. Quicken reported that the reset was successful, but the credit card account still cannot be updated. This worked early this morning, but tonight it does not.

Today, I was able to re-add the PNC Signature Visa account, but it lost the CD that had been connected. I attempted to re-add it, but the same result for several attempts was for it to combine the One Step Update for the CD with the Signature Visa, even though I told Quicken to link it to the existing account. I'm not sure why this is happening and I probably won't know if it's a problem until there is a new transaction in each account.
If anyone has any ideas on this, I would really appreciate a suggestion.
