New Download Authorization Process

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
The Quicken login to download account information has changed, as I presume you know. I saw it for the first time today, which required me to reauthorize account access.
The process failed 4 (four) times with the following error:

After I cleared all site data for my financial institution, I was able to reauthorize access and download account information.
