One Step Update Crashed

This is probably a more of a RANT than anything else. So, OSU crashed today and in the process disconnected my bank accounts. Now I have a CC-800 on my bank accounts and have to go through all the painful process again to fix them. I just went through the CC-800 error message fixes a couple of weeks ago and now I'm right back starting all over again.

It sure would be nice if I could use the application for more than a few weeks without having to find out how to fix your problems.

No response is required, I have the solution that was posted a couple a weeks ago for the error code.
