How do I get cross connected accounts separated?

Two of my NFCU accounts are cross connected with Line of Credit entries showing in my checking account and vise versa. I think something happened in the new NFCU connection update. How can I get them separated?

    Disconnect both accounts - right click on one of the accounts in the sidebar, select Account Settings, go to the Downloads tab & click on the Disconnect Account button; repeat for the other account. Then select one of the accounts, go back to the Downloads tab and click on Connect Account and it should let you connect both accounts again.

    I'll add that if you have a few transactions in the wrong accounts, you can drag and drop them from one register to the other account's name in the sidebar to move them to the correct account.
