How can I change my default currency to CAD?

Hey all,

I have moved from the US to Canada and all my accounts (with the exception of a couple) are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). I'm wondering how I change my register's default currently to CAD. Right now, all CAD accounts are prepended with a "CA"; for example, "CA$150.00", where my USD accounts do not show the currency.

What I would like is the reverse: the CAD accounts to show nothing, and the USD accounts to show "US$150.00".

Please note that my "home" currency is already set to CAD.

Thanks,
Cohen

    Oh !

Could it be your Mac set-up

under Setting - General - Language and Region

Otherwise I have no idea what can cause this behaviour

Home currency is set to Canadian Dollar, yes. Show features for is set to "Both", but switching to "Canada" doesn't change the sidebar.

@Gilles9 great call, thank you! Yes, switching my Mac's region to Canada and restarting Quicken changed my sidebar exactly as I wanted.
