Why is this happening and how do I fix it? Quicken creates self-transfers [edit]

There seems to be a glitch with my program. For some reason, Quicked assigned most of my "transfer" type transactions back to the same account; therefore, when I am going through the register and trying to recategorize it out of the [acct name], it seems to have a "memory" of the original and thinks that I am trying to save a transaction "back in the same account". When I click on save, after categorizing it, it gives me a message asking "are you sure you want to save it back into the same account."

I think I may need to talk to Quicken because I don't think this should be doing this, yes?

I appreciate any assistance/feedback you can give me. Thank you!

Good golly! Sounds like possible database corruption. Have you tried a Validate & Repair?
