Why did Quicken do a data conversion this morning?

Options

When the conversion finished, all my accounts were trashed! I loaded a backup and all is working. Would like to know why it was converted and what I can do to prevent it?

My SWAG would be that you had some corruption in your QDF that something in the download triggered … and the File Restore removed.

WHAT conversion? I didn't see any such thing … and Q downloads don't routinely "convert" anything. And Q's database has been stable (no changes when updating product builds) for years.

SO, what Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product. Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.

Quicken Classic & Personal, Ver: R55.15, Build: 27.1.55.15. I have never seen anything like it either. I opened Quicken, conversion started. Quicken was not open. I have restored everything with no loss or issue at the moment.
