One of my accounts always shows zero in the Mobile app

I'm am using the Quicken for PC desktop version R55.15 in Windows 11 and a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

All my accounts sync with the mobile app just fine except one, my savings account. I have many savings goals. When I check "show savings goal transactions in register and reports," it makes the balance zero, as expected, because all the money is allocated to a savings goal. When I uncheck that box, it show $13k in the register on my desktop, but the mobile app doesn't update. It continues to show zero.

How Do I fix this?
