Synchrony Bank and Sam's club activation

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I am having issues with activating Synchrony bank to download transactions into Quicken. It will not accept my user id and password (error code c 503) —even though when I put the same info to access their website on chrome it goes through. Please help. Marguerite x
