What-if analysis says "Past date is not allowed"

I'm trying to do a "What if" I made a one-time payment of $X.XX on [DEFAULTS TO TODAY'S DATE]. I get an error: "Past date is not allowed. What-if analysis can be done only on future dates". I've entered tomorrow, next week, next year, ten years from now, and so on. I keep getting the same error. This is a new issue in the latest release:
