Q Mac 2007 File conversion to Q Windows without the Quicken app (edited title)

I have a Quicken 2007 file created on an old iMac with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. The Mac can not be updated, and the Quicken sign-in function doesn't work. Quicken 2007 is no longer supported by Quicken. I have the file through around 4/1 with about 20 years of data. I also have Windows 11 and Quicken for Windows, but I cannot convert my Mac-created file to Windows to be restored to my PC-Quicken. Can anyone help me? Thank you. [Removed - Privacy]
