Elan Financial Services/ Fidelity Rewards Online Balance missing Cents

For the first time in weeks my Elan account sync (using OSU) was perfect . . . 6 new transactions reconciled, and correct cents showing in online balance. I checked my pending transactions as I have that enabled and that is correct (agrees with Fidelity website) as well! Thanks to those responsible for getting this corrected!
