Pending Transaction not allowing selection of "include in balances"

What do I have to do to turn this on?

I saw the same issue. Seems like the automatic accept downloaded transactions has to be turned on also.

If you have Automatic add to banking register mode off your pending transactions are put in the Pending Transactions tab at the bottom of the register. That is why you can't select to show them in your register.
