Won't let me add a new copy number on a new tag

Hello

I track rental properties and use tags with copy numbers to track expenses for Sched E.

I have added a new tag for a new property, but Quicken won't let me add a new copy number to the tag. Says number has to be between 1 and xx. But those number are already used for existing tags. No idea how to extend the range of allowed copy numbers
