Quicken (MAC) not removing US treasury shares when sold

Twice now, once the end of December ('23) and at the end of March there was a sale of US Treasury Bonds. Quicken correctly downloaded the sale dollar amount received but it did not remove those "shares" from the portfolio. Throwing my balance(s) off. After much sleuthing and some emails and calls to my CFP and brokerage firm tech support we tracked it down.

I've also had a problem with transfers between checking and BofA credit payments giving me that red marker showing an invalid transfer. Doesn't happen between any other accounts either CC's or institutions. I called Quicken support and after goings through some steps I just got the usual "delete" all the accounts involved and redownload. No thanks. Redoing the checking account alone will likely take hours of tweaking. It just ain't worth it!

My renewal is this month and for the first time since I started using Quicken decades ago I'm looking at alternatives. I even ran my business for 25 years (a "C" corp with multiple accounts and dba's) using Quicken as opposed to Quickbooks. I framed out my payroll and I used a very simple and free program for invoicing wholesale customers. In the main Intuit's takeover has not served me all that well.
