Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your feedback! Could you provide more details on what functionality you're looking for?
Currently, there is two-way sync that allows you to update or add transactions in the mobile app or Quicken on the Web and have it sync with your Quicken file. There are limitations, for example, if the Quicken file that the cloud account is connected to is lost or damaged, you're not able to download that cloud account to a new file (but you can use Quicken on the Web to export transactions to a .CSV file, click this link for more information).
