Quicken Display / UI issues

I am new to quicken and have recently downloaded Quicken Classic Deluxe - 2024 (latest update). I am seeing some display and UI issues where buttons are many times not visible, the images get distorted etc. Screenshot for one such scenario attached. I saw some articles on similar display issues on Hig - res monitors and recommended adjustment to compatibility mode. I did those and nothing seems to work.

I am using Dell P2222h (22 inch) monitor with 1920 x1080 resolution and 100% scale. I have tried adjusting to lower resolutions but nothing seems to work. Will really appreciate if anyone can guide me on how to fix this. Chatted with support but they pretty much said this is a Microsoft issue (which doesn't make any sense to me tbh).

    Thanks for the image.
    I see that you have set High DPI scaling override to "Application".
    Have you tried the other available options, or have you turned the override off altogether?
    After making changes reboot Windows.

    Have you checked to see if there are updated display drivers available from Dell?
