How do I do a backup and restore when the FILE place to click on is missing?

On the latest business and rental property update for windows, what happened to the File then Backup and Restore place to click on. It is missing on the new update and where do I click to do a backup and restore?

    Sorry, I Found it being covered by a Dock which appeared and was hiding & covering the top 2 inches of my QUICKEN rental property screen, which when removed it allowed the full Quicken screen to appear.
